The press molding machine is mainly used for non-metallic powder molding, such as: PTFE, nylon, plastic plates, etc.
1. Frames and cylinders are steel wire winding structure, which ensure high loading capacity and longer service time.
Smaller size and light weight will reduce user's cost on transportation and plant space.
2.The large working table has an automatic transmission mechanism for feeding.
3.Ejector device for output of workpiece out of the powder compacting hydraulic press.
4.Servo motors and speed controllers can realize accurately set and adjust process steps.
5.Integrated valve block means reducible pipelines, no leakage and good reliability in hydraulic system.
6.Ultra-high pressure booster and valves realize 80MPa working pressure, which can minimize the shape size of the powder press machine.
